We’re inspired by the classic pizzerias we grew up with—the glow of arcade games, music videos playing on the TVs, a cold drink on the table, and a pizza in the middle of it all. There’s a little nostalgia everywhere you look, but Static Pie isn’t trying to recreate the past. We’re taking that feeling and giving it a new frequency.
Pizza is at the center of what we do, with hand-tossed pies, crispy square pizzas, and slices made with a lot of attention to the details that matter. But we’re more than a pizza shop. We make killer sandwiches, wings, burgers, fried chicken, salads, shareables, and plenty of other things worth coming back for.
THE FIRST SLICE
There was no big restaurant group or team of investors behind us—just our family, a lot of hard work, and a passion for making great food.
We served pizza, sandwiches, and everything we could dream up while building something we could be proud of.
For seven years, we gave it everything.
Long days. Late nights. Missed family moments. Broken equipment. New recipes. Big ideas. Great music. Arcade games. Incredible employees. And more pizza than we could ever count.
Somewhere along the way, something unexpected happened.
Grants Pass stopped being the place we moved to.
It became home.
MORE THAN PIZZA
Then you followed us into our restaurant.
You brought your families. Celebrated birthdays. Grabbed Friday-night pizza. Became regulars—and eventually, friends.
Your support transformed a small food-truck dream into something far greater than we ever imagined.
The journey eventually took us to a second location in Medford, along with new challenges, changes, and opportunities. Every chapter taught us something and helped shape what came next.
Eventually, we knew it was time for a new beginning.
It was time to turn the channel.
ENTER: STATIC PIE
A new signal.
A new chapter.
But Static Pie isn’t starting from scratch.
It’s the continuation of everything we’ve built, with the same family, the same passion, and many of the same people who have been serving Grants Pass for years.
We’re still obsessed with crispy New York-style pizza, fluffy and cheesy Detroit-style pizza, fried chicken, scratch-made food, great music, old-school arcade games, unexpected ideas, and creating a place where families and friends can relax, connect, eat well, and have a great time.
The name has changed.
The vision has evolved.
But the heart remains the same.
OUR FREQUENCY
It’s about trying something new, taking chances, turning the dial, and seeing what’s on the other side.
It’s about creativity, community, great food, and never being afraid to do things a little differently.
Most of all, Static Pie is about the community that gave our family a second chance.
The people who showed up.
The people who supported us.
The people who became part of our story.
